Northwest High School in Cedar Hill, Missouri is hosting a family-friendly Halloween Concert and Hats on Day "Capes for Kids" fundraiser for Friends.
The students will be purchasing Hats on Day stickers during the day at school and adorning them to their capes to show their support for kids with cancer.
